This session was focused upon the technique of how we performed basic ballet steps. We did this by going over the two previous motifs which we leant last session several times, until we had mastered it.
For example I kept lifting my foot on the Demi Plie, but in this session I developed it, meaning I bent my legs less, which meant I could keep them on the floor.
My strength- My strength of my torso was improved from the first time we performed the motifs
Weakness- Pointing, I focus on the moves, rather than pointing, after this session I will be practising these two motifs, especially focusing on pointing
