5th Of February

This session we did an overall round up of what we had learnt through every session. So barre work was first which I had these motifs perfected, however my flexibility needs to be improved still.

Then went over the petit allegro sections, which I have developed my skills through private practice, but I still have along way to go to perfect these things.

The next stage was a new stage, which was the Grand allegro section, the fourth section of a ballet class. This was a mixture of difficulties, as it varied body parts, which my co-ordination wasn't working today. But the teacher then taught us a technique called spotting, to make sure our piroets were more controlled, and looked much more elegant, and the exercise became much more easier.
