To begin adage, we did a porde de bras exercise, this is where dancers go through the arm positions in a fluent sequence. I found this extremely easy as it's slow and very relaxed, the sequence went through;

- First Position
- Second Position
- Fourth Position
- Other fourth Position
- Fourth Crossed
- Fifth
- Rellever
- second position and demi plie
- Into final position
